He did a cameo on the show Kaajjal on Sony channel, and as of December 1726, he is starring in Star Plus's Grihasti. +more He participated in the reality show Nach Baliye 4 in 2009, where along with his partner Daljeet Kaur, he won the series. They were presented with a trophy and a cheque for Rs. 50 Lakhs by Shahrukh Khan. He has got trained from renowned Hollywood acting coach Michelle Danner.
Since October 2022, he participated in the Colors TV's reality show Bigg Boss 16.
Personal life
Shalin married actress Dalljiet Kaur in 2009, and got divorced in 2015. The couple has welcomed their son in year 2014. +more Prior to the divorce, both of them had participated in the fourth season of Nach Baliye and emerged as winners. Shalin has been extensively trained by renowned Bollywood choreographers like Saroj Khan, Habiba Rehman, Geeta Kapoor.
