Explore design sites and recreate the design and then find the patterns used to achieve that design
Work on concept work for instance you can go to fakeclients.com or goodbreif.com they can generate amazing fake client briefs
You need job experience, and feedback on your designs is key to explosive growth it is key to growing as a designer.
