Empathy cannot be taught. You are either born with it or not.

It's a known statement but, felt good reading it from a book. I felt it's always system 1 thinking that makes us share things/feelings with others without really stopping and thinking for minute to check if they really trying to understand our view or just simply noding head.

Decide before sharing anything with others. Know if they are really your tribe!
