Because I don’t live in either my past or my future. I’m interested only in the present. If you can concentrate always on the present, you’ll be a happy man
BENDING REALITY: This is the ideal state where you’re happy in the now, and you have a vision for the future that drives you. Your vision pulls you forward, but you’re happy now—despite not having yet attained that vision. When you’re in this state, there’s a feeling of growth and enjoyment. It’s about the journey as well as the destination. An interesting observation about this state is that it often seems as if the universe “has your back"!
Call it what you want—but it starts to feel as if you’re lucky. The right opportunities, ideas, and people seem to gravitate to you. It’s as if your happiness is rocket fuel moving you toward your vision.
Law 1: Transcend the Culturescape: Choose the ideas and values selectively yourself
Law 2: Question the Brules: Also called the Bull S**t rules that no longer work out for you.
Maybe there are certain rules which no longer work out for you in the present. Just like how your computer software needs an update every time...The rules that you've been following need to update too!
And the 6 phases are
1. Compassion: Imagine an expanding bubble of compassion surrounding you and let this bubble expand slowly from your room where you are sitting to throughout the universe.
2. Gratitude: Ponder of the things you are grateful for.
3. Forgiveness (Happiness in the now): Grudges towards yourself or someone? Imagine that person right in front of you and tell them that you've forgiven them and ask the same from their side as well. You can imagine giving them a hug too!
4. Future dreams (A Vision for the Future): What are your dreams for the future? How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
Ask yourself and imagine them.
5. The Perfect Day: What is your ideal day like? What's your ideal routine for today? Imagine!
6. The Blessing: And finally ask the Divine for the blessings. Try to imagine it as light showering right all over you from your head to toe.
While you are meditation ponder and about all these 6 important phases of your life.

So that will be a duration of approx 6 minutes in total.
Have big goals—but don’t tie your happiness to your goals. You must be happy before you attain them.
We shouldn’t do things so we can be happy. We should be happy so we can do things.
Extraordinary minds are able to bend reality. They have bold and exciting visions for the future, yet their happiness is not tied to these visions. They are happy in the now. This balance allows them to move toward their visions at a much faster rate while having a ton of fun along the way. To outsiders, they seem “lucky.”
1. What experiences do you want to have in this lifetime?
2. How do you want to grow?
3. How do you want to contribute?
Just ask yourself this question below:
“If time and money were no object and I did not have to seek anyone’s permission, what kinds of experiences would my soul crave?”
“Remember you are way intelligent than the ones who’ve created these so-called ideas and values which have passed their expiration dates. Remember You can influence and change the world and BEND REALITY AND LIVE THAT EXTRAORDINARY PURPOSEFUL LIFE!”

When you grow up, you tend to get told that the world is the way it is and your life is just to live your life inside the world. Try not to bash into the walls too much. Try to have a nice family life, have fun, save money. That’s a very LIMITED LIFE. Life can be much broader once you discover one simple fact. THAT IS—EVERYTHING AROUND YOU THAT YOU CALL LIFE WAS MADE UP BY PEOPLE NO SMARTER THAN YOU. And you can change it. You can influence it. . . . Once you learn that, you’ll never be the same again.
