Rather you have to tell what can you bring to the table for the success of the company you are applying to
So there are three S's you have to focus on these are as follows
Here you have to tell what are some of the successful jobs you did in the past that is enough to help out the company to grow.
For example. I have been successful in....
What are your strengths, or what are you good at that you think might help the company grow?
So you can say My real strength is...
How do you plan to use your success and strength to add value
In other words, what are you looking for in this company
You can even ask a question to control the conversation.. what I am looking for is a company that we can work together as a team, creating value and at the same time allowing the employee to grow in every aspect. Is this the company is looking for?
